Inter-Facility Transfers
Aid First provides scheduled or prearranged transportation of non-emergent patients between health care facilities. We are capable of transferring patients from nursing homes, long term care and extended care facilities.

Planned or short notice discharge
Aid First will ensure we have the proper information when transporting you from one facility to another. We will work with the medical staff to identify your inter-facility transfer needs.
